What is a living wage? For Metro Vancouver, the current living wage (as of November 2022) is set for $24.08 per hour. This is only expected to go higher. Our techs receive higher than the living wage to start with, and it only goes up from there.
This reflects on our pricing. We believe that providing you with the most budget-friendly solution doesn’t lie in artificially reducing prices to the detriment of both the employee and the client. Our techs can better address your needs if theirs has also been met. That’s how we get results, and how we pass on the savings to you.
